Our Consignment Agreement
Consignment Contract
Consignment period is 60 to 90 days. We may use a markdown scale with a 10% discount after 15 days, 25% discount after 30 days and 50% after 45 days. Designer items are exempt from this but are subject to discount at our discretion.
Checks are available to be picked up at the end of the contract.
If any item is found to have any damage (stains, missing buttons, holes, etc.) after we accept it into inventory it will immediately be donated.
It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to notify us by the 60th day on your contract if you would like to pick up your unsold items. If we are not contacted within one calendar week, the items become property of ENCORE. We reserve the right to keep or donate these items. No reminder calls will be made. Consignor must keep up with end date.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
Encore reserves the right to mark down any item at any time without prior notice.
